A Great Root Beer Recipe to Use for Any Party

While beer is a great drink to use for any party it should be noted that not everyone at a party will be interested in drinking beer. In fact, some of them will be designated drivers. Root beer is one of the best non-alcoholic drinks to use here. It can easily be made with a simple root beer recipe too. It just requires the right ingredients and the right method of preparation for the drink to work properly and be at its best.

The ingredients that are used in root beer are varied. Extracts of various different flavored syrups along with carbonated water are used for the non-alcoholic type of root beer. However, there are some alcoholic versions of root beer that consist of vanilla, cherry tree bark, sarsaparilla root, licorice fruit, nutmeg, anise, molasses and artificial flavoring of sassafras root bark. This article will focus more on making the non-alcoholic type of root beer.

There are some ingredients to use for the root beer to use for one of the non-alcoholic drinks at any occasion. Cane sugar or table sugar will have to be used here. This is because the yeast used in making the root beer will have to come into contact with the sugar so that carbon dioxide that is used for the carbonation of the beverage can be created. Therefore, artificial sweeteners that do not have any sugar content in them should not be used because they will not make any impact on the yeast.

The yeast that is used should be both fresh and active. Root beer extract should definitely be used here, and most supermarkets should have this ingredient available. Carbonated water will be needed to go with all of those ingredients. Carbonated water is used in soft drinks and other non-alcoholic drinks so this should definitely be used over any type of water.

After the ingredients are mixed they should be stored for a couple of days in a refrigerator. This time period is required so that the drink will be able to mix well enough so that the drink will be at its best quality. If the drink is served too early the drink will not be smooth enough and the taste will greatly suffer, not to mention it will not be as easy to drink as it should be.

That's how the root beer recipe works. Non-alcoholic drinks can be used at any party, and by using this recipe a great drink can be created. Not only can it be easy to create but the ingredients that are needed for it can be easily found. It helps to make sure that the drink will be created in the best way possible.
